the rules :

1. no rules , common sense, we wont even delete comments or start a hive or community, you are free to post what you want and hence show who you are - we are free to pick what we want to upvote, the keyword is more omoshiroi than "i wrote a 30 million pixel renderer" , so the question is what did you render, does it have omoshiroi - common sense applies

2. we will check this twice or so per week

3. complaints about the possibility to get free votes or how we should do what we do will be put on the auto-responder from amazon and miCrotter indefinitely

4. no promotion, if you dont like it thats fine, if you do, feel free to tell your artsey gf about it ... vp will grow tho the value depends on the goodwill of bill gates and the cabal ... so far that seems to be a downward trend b/c DOLLAR (but thats not bokeh so we dont say that, since we are BOKEH!)
