To overthrow the Emperor

A child is most happy when feeling free
they rejoice being naked on a warm summer day

But the Emperor will have none of that
Freedom must be earned! He says.
And he demands hard work to all playing his game

So the children of work gather ‘round and talk
it has been a long time since they felt free to walk

As they share their pain
frustration and rage
the fire ignites, it grows and sways
they throw in their hearts as fuel for the flame

The Emperor must be overthrown
but how to do it remains unknown
Most don’t care about the results
they want quick action and to get it all done

Source

One who was silent and has heard them all
speaks with calm, still feeling the warmth
not of the fire that was born from the rage
but of the Sun, on a warm naked day

Source

And she says:

“The lion is fierce, the lion is strong
has massive jaws, teeth and claws
but the lion also will practice restraint
will hunt in silence and calm till the end"

To overthrow the Emperor
you must first know
to be silent while hunting
and step softly on your paws"

She paused for a moment and after a deep breath continued:

"Before hunting please observe the prey
for he is a child who’s hair became gray
He will be scared, deep to the bone
now that his roses are all showing their thorns

When he falls, and he will fall
show kindness to the child he once was
He who will hit him while still on the floor
Will take his place in the Emperor throne

His skin will wrinkle and his hair will turn gray,
he will never be naked on a warm summer day”.
