Good morning friends. The journey continues. Metaphorically and physically, I believe it is important to have a strong core. I used to get overwhelmed with believing I needed hours every day in order to get "good workouts" in. But realistically, even just a consistent practice starting with 5 minutes of moving- can be scaled to great daily enjoyable habits. I get it- the term "workout" is scary because lets face it- its easier to be "lazy"- but finding a movement that is enjoyable is super important. Swimming, biking, hiking, photo walking, baby crawling, rolling in grass- you name it- just move. Movement is Medicine
"We don't even have to change anything, because acceptance and awareness give us the space to make choices, to act on those things that are skillful and simply to let the other things be."
