Week update
I'm very sore in my legs to the point it hurts to walk but I feel amazing over all,I don't see any difference between I feel different and I'm very impressed with myself for taking the plunge this round to do it all everyday even if I fall behind.

Over all I'm impressed but I'm angry because I gained 5 pounds and I know that they say muscle weights more then fat but looking at the scale is really freaking depressing.

Thank you so much I'm really impressed with myself actually stuck to it between the boys and hubby and business development and mother/wife duties and the push by the other fit girls and my business partner.im feeling the pain the pain is very real in my legs.
