How I Spent My Day | 09/02/2025

Greetings dear friends,
I welcome you all to my blog once again. It's a brand new day and I'm delighted to share with you all how I spent my previous day which was a Sunday. You will like the story of how my day went so go ahead and read till the end.

It was a Sunday and third I'm spending here in the United Kingdom. As a Christian and a Catholic I made it a mandatory rule to always go to the church every Sunday since there are not much activities in the church here during the weekdays. So the best I can do is to ensure that I always go to Mass in every slight opportunity I see.

When I woke up, I hurridly made the post I was expected to make and then I went ahead to start my research and studies because I had a pile or series of assignment on the line to be submitted soonest. The school work has started in honest and I'm not willing to take chances because what brought me here must be achieved and it not just achieved but with a greater success.

I made the studies and research for some hours because the time for the Mass here is always 10:00 am UK time. So at about 9:00 am I rushed and took my bath and then prepared myself and went ahead to church for the Mass. The Mass here as usual didn't take much time because it is straight forward and no formalities as it is in the Nigerian churches.

We dismissed and then I came back straight to my room because of the bulk of work already waiting for me. I came in and then hurridly made some food and then I ate and went back to my book without waste of time. I continued my research till about 1:00 pm UK time where I joined my old school secondary school mate for a meeting.

This meeting was the first of its kind and as the senior perfect during my time I had to join them and ensure everything goes well. It was a video call that we all saw ourselves and then made some vital decision and contribution towards the way we intend to achieve greater heights and also make impact in the school that started building us into what we are today.

After the meeting which took about an hour, I continued my studies and research and also during the night I had to join another tutorial class that was held by some of the lecturers here in the UK to enable us attend academic excellence. It is a long session as well because it took us almost 2 hours and after that period, I went ahead to chat with my little sister and not forgetting that I also did video call with my parents during the day time.

So those are the activities I did which made up my day as of yesterday. It is a hectic but yet an enjoyable experience for me and I'm delighted to have hard that section. Thanks for reading through my blog today. See you all once again in my next article.
