Interactive rendering

Commonly we know the render as a digital image created from a 3d model. There is in particular a program that is the one I use called 3d Max Studio from the Autodesk company, this program is specialized in 3D modeling. has some external rendering engines known as V-Ray is the most used and popular, also Corona is another widely used, and some more that are gradually getting into this industry.
But as I said at the beginning of the text, we usually know them as a digital image (like the ones annexed below) in which excellent results can be achieved, or they also make animated tours but to take a product of this type takes a long time.

Possibly game developers or connoisseurs of this issue will have heard of Unity 3d or Unreal Engine, and for those who do not know, these two programs are video game engines, all the modeling is done with separate programs such as (Zbrush, 3d Max, Mudbox , Blender, Maya, Rhinocero, 4D Cinema among others) and these programs are in charge of the systematic part or the functionality of the videogame, how the character moves, what actions he makes, etc.

But recently these programs have been used for interactive rendering or rendering in real time. Practically what it does is to enter a scenario where we can go through it and even do different actions, as in the case of interior design, we can do basic functions such as changing the color of a wall or floor, and this seems spectacular, because A good project with a good visual product to sell has many benefits.
In the following videos of DefNotJake and PredCaliber show how an interactive render would be in an interior of an apartment, the great thing about these programs is that the reality of the materials, the lights are very good, almost to the point of hyperrealism.

Obviously the better the management of these programs the results will be more and more impressive, and in the near future you could leave the images in the background to make way for the virtual tour, and speaking of that, not only can you develop as a video game by means of a screen or monitor but also by virtual reality we can go through a stage and feel it as something very real.
