Well most people have have this nervousness to do things in Public it simply means you have stage fright, it doesn't end there you can overcome it by Training your body and mind try these steps:
- Relax your mind: There are things you can do to relax your mind before your peromance.
•Gently him to steady your voice.
•chew gum to ease tension in the jaw.
•stretching your arms, legs, back, is another way to reduce tension in the body
2.Get there early:
• You would feel more in control than when the house is full.
•It also reduces nerves and make you feel less rushed.
3.Make it interesting:
•if it is possible, make some room for laughed.
•Know that u are in a normal chat.
•know what wud suit for your audience.
4.Move around:
•you can take away some nervous energy by pacinig back and forth.
•Include gesture in your speech it helps.
•fidgeting will make Your audience see that your uncomfortable.
5.Slow down:
•slowly read or talk so do not stumble.
•know your presentation time get used to the pace that u need to finish at the right time.
•keep a watch handy and glance at it from time to time.
