Sometimes we may feel days go by faster than they usually should, and similarly we feel that there are others that run more slowly than usual, and that's where I ask myself: will it be which time varies ?.
The solution to this question can be found by associating time with our daily activities, for example, the days when more activities have to be fulfilled, we have the sensation that time passes faster, whereas the days in which we are waiting and without anything to do we feel that time goes by too slow.
With these two scenarios conclude that time is constant that does not vary, because the element that moves that balance are our daily activities which makes feel faster or slower time than it really is are our human activities like going to work, the one to do in our homes, to train our body practicing sport, etc.
The advice is, when you want to feel that time passes fast, invest various activities to your day and you will see how you feel that time has passed quickly, and on the other hand you will need more time to complete all the tasks set for the day. Another scenario in which you can get to feel that the time passes fast is executing an activity that is the one that you like and you will see that the time passes you flying. There is a third scenario where we are waiting for something or someone and we feel annoyed then we will feel that the time passes to us very slow.
I hope that this assessment of what time is in our lives will help them to keep pace with the circumstances of what we are living daily.
