The World Twenty20 in the first Twenty20 World Cup in 2007 The Champions Trophy was the year of the second T20 World Cup in 2009.
There were four T20 World Cups since 2010, two years later. But after the T20 World Cup in 2016, the ICC said that the T20 World Cup will be held four years later. Now the ICC has withdrawn from that announcement.
The ICC said in the press release that "the changes to give more teams the chance to play in the world. Twenty-two World Cup participated in 16 teams, and 8 in the Champions Trophy.
The ICC has finalized the future course of tournaments from 2019 to 2023. The highly-acclaimed ICC Test Championship and one-day league have been granted the final approval.
