In the semis "Hobart Hurricanes thrashed Perth Scorchers" and "Adelaide Strikers beat Melbourne Renegades" to have a place in finals.
The BBL 2017-18 final match would be between Hobart Hurricanes and Adelaide Strikers on 4-02-2018(Sunday)
The overall season was a good one despite the fact that some australians and england players were not able to attend the league as the series between both the countries was held.
