Let's have a look some facts of this test.

The Yo-Yo Endurance Test is a variation of the beep test, part of the yo-yo test series developed by the Danish soccer physiologist Jens Bangsbo. There are two versions of this test: Level 1 & 2.

The level one test is effectively the same as the standard beep test (6 - 20 minutes). The Level 2 test starts at a higher running speed and has different increments in speed (2 - 10 minutes).

This test used in Football, Ticket, ka badi, Cricket.

In cricket the yo-yo score 19.5 is good. In which Australian cricket team at the top with score 21.

For Indian cricket players 16.1 is set as par score. It is very less than any other countries score. But our players are failling to get that.
Recently Yuvraj singh, Suresh Raina Ambati Rayadu, Amit Mishra, Mohammad Shami failed to pass this test and thrown away of Indian cricket team.
Manish Pandey, Virat Kohli, MS Dhoni and Ravindra Jadeja are the top scorer in this test.
