A certain judge in Xenia, OH has decide that indecent exposure in front of minors in a YMCA “women's” locker room is permissible if male perps 1) claim to be a women 2) are supposedly too fat for their phalluses to be visible to the naked eye. Or at least that is what Judge David McNamee thought of “Rachel” Glines who has been the object of numerous complaints at a YMCA facility in Xenia, OH and at least two criminal complaints including one outside the facility. In 2021 Rachel Gline, who was then Darren, sexually assaulted Kateisha Young, after they had allegedly gone out to get coffee, and stalked her at her workplace, the YMCA in question. As a result, Kateisha got a restraining order against Gline. Unfortunately for her, it is set to expire next year while Gline will probably still be welcomed to use the YMCA facility.

Hilarious and tragic. I read about this the other day and saw a picture of the guy who appeared to be proud of his actions. I bet this is not the last time we see this thing getting arrested.
