Danielle Bregoli, the notorious girl who sassed talked Dr. Phil in the episode “I Want To Give Up My Car-Stealing, Knife-Wielding, Twerking 13-Year-Old Daughter Who Tried To Frame Me For A Crime,” was sentenced to 5 years probation on August 1, 2017 after pleading guilty to grand theft, possession of marijuana, and filing a false police report. Her sentence includes a curfew, 100 hours community service, and sexual education, domestic violence and anti-theft classes. Although the juvenile court judge sentenced her in Palm Beach County, Florida, the probation was permitted to be carried out in California where Bregoli currently resides with her mother. Ironically, she is charged for stealing her mother's purse and car, as well trying to frame her mother for using heroin. Moreover, her marijuana arrest comes from an incident this past April.
