Richard Anthony Jones was arrested in Kansas for robbery. But he says that he never committed that crime. But then they found someone who looks just like him. The police did not press charges against his look-alike. Richard was arrested based on what others witnesses said they saw. No DNA was linked to him at the crime scene.
