ingredient:
– 1 small can of sardines
– Multipurpose seasoning flour
– 1 tbsp cornstarch
– 1 clove of garlic
– 1/2 an onion, sliced
– 1 leek, coarsely chopped
– 1 tsp black pepper, coarsely ground
– Salt, sugar, and powdered broth
– 100 ml of air
– Cornstarch solution
How to make:

  1. Separate the sardines with the sauce.
  2. Coat the sardines with all-purpose flour. Coat with dry corn flour mixture. Fry the sardines as usual. Set aside.
  3. Saute garlic and onions until fragrant. Add water and sardine sauce.
  4. Add the other spices, scallions, and black pepper.
  5. Addition of cornna solution. Arrange the fish on a serving plate then drizzle with black pepper sauce.
