One of the lessons here is that government bans on CRT in schools are extremely dumb, not only because they're usually overly broad and create all sorts of confusion on what is or isn't OK, but also because those who are already trying to proselytize their shitty ideas to kids are going to find a way around the law anyway, mainly by just changing the language they use to describe what they're doing.
This is easy to do for anyone, and in general we're talking about a group of people whose main success in "persuasion" has come from playing word games.
