3 RFR: Farmer hold, Thruster

Complete 3 rounds for reps of:
Farmer hold for as long as possible (boys: 32kg; girls: 24kg)
Thrusters for max reps in same duration as you did farmer hold (boys: 40kg; girls: 25kg)
*rest 2 minutes between rounds.
