In team of 4, complete the following:
Person A & B complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
5 Burpees
10 Dumbbell muscle snatches / side (boys: 40#; girls: 25#)
15 Dumbbell push press
At the same time, person C & D complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
5 Box jumps
10 Kettlebell swings (boys: 24kg; girls: 16kg)
15 Wall ball shots (boys: 20#; girls: 14#)
Rest 3 minutes and switch the workouts.
After completing both AMRAPs, immediately, perform 100 Thrusters in total for time (boys: 45kg; girls: 30kg)
Only 2 people working at a time for thrusters (2 barbells).
Score = Total of COMPLETED rounds and time of the whole workout (AMRAPs + thrusters)
