Crowd-incubation for growth in the Steem ecosystem: Developer Delegation Day #6

in crowd-support •  2 days ago

Today is February 5th (in GMT time), which means that it's time to participate in the 6th Developer Delegation Day (DDD) by updating my delegations in order to say "Thank You" to some of the developers who are helping to make the Steem ecosystem a better place.

This idea was introduced back in August, and it can be summarized like this:

On the 5th of each month, community members will delegate 5 STEEM Power (SP) to a Steem developer of their choice. This regular support helps sustain and incentivize the developers who will become the backbone of the Steem ecosystem.

So, today, I updated my developer delegations. Here were my delegations from last month.

Here are today's delegations (all made through @remlaps-pb).

And here are the updated totals.

Like a "subscription" program on other platforms, a monthly delegation of 5 STEEM POWER is an easy and affordable way to show our appreciation to the developers who build tools and infrastructure here, and also to encourage new developers to start developing here.

Unlike the "subscription" programs on other platforms, we continue to own our delegations, and the size of the stake even continues growing as time passes.

Plus, if you participate in the initiative, it gives you a blog topic for the day😉!

Who's going to join the #ddd initiative this month? What developer(s) will you be supporting?

Thank you for your time and attention.

As a general rule, I up-vote comments that demonstrate "proof of reading".
