People are starting to see the fundamental problems of traditional crowdfunding models.
The biggest problem with traditional crowdfunding models is that the users involved in or supporting the crowdfunding campaign are not aware of any progress on the projects they invest in.
There are some very high levels of fraud risk for the entire crowdfunding industry, many of the campaigns are subject to significant computational errors in terms of value and success. All of these elements have been combined to increase the uncertainty about the traditional crowdfunding market, and as a result, the crowdfunding market as a whole has become less reliable.
