Worldwide there are around 30 million people who are suffering from blindness. The rate of blindness is increasing more in developing countries in Asia & Africa countries. Blindness can be by birth or it can affect children and adults at any age. It is considered that the blindness in developing countries is like death sentence, People with the daily wages of a dollar, cannot afford to pay their expenses towards treatment.
The major victims of blindness is children and women in developing countries. It is estimated that there are 90% of blind people in low income generating countries. More than 65% of visually impaired people are over 55 years old. It is sad to say that, on an average there are only one ophthalmologist for every 1 million citizens in some African countries. It is estimated that 65% of world’s blind population are women. Among all blind children only 10% of children are doing their education, we can understand the severity of the situation.

you have not explained the surgery in detail, blindness has many causes and you have not said which one of them you have found a solution for, "miracle surgery" is not an explanation for anything
