[HELP ME] List of crowdfunding platform based on Blockchain

I work in a crowdfunding platform here in Brazil called Catarse (www.catarse.me).

Now, we are into a research project to understand blockchain and its possibilities to the crowdfunding market. So, i'm trying to create a list of crowdfunding platforms that are based on Blockchain.
