He possesses a bachelor’s degree in business administration, a master’s degree in Swiss finance and he is an innovation management specialist. He has a wide experience in sales, product management, investment consulting and personnel management attained while working as a Head of Private Banking at a Swiss Bank. From 2015, he has been actively working with start-ups in the real estate and financial sector and developed the strategy implemented by a fintech company.
Reto Fierz - Legal & Finance, Chairman of the Board, Co-Founder
Reto is a Co-founder of CROWDLITOKEN. He is as well currently working as the CEO of Private Banking at the azemos group and a co-founder of CROWDLI AG. He possesses a master’s degree in economics with a more than 10 years’ experience as a chartered accountant, a great adviser to large corporations and international organizations. While working as a CFO in the real estate sector, he set up various funds and conducted an IPO. He also managed to conduct various transactions worldwide while working as a CFO and Head of Private Equity at a family office organization.
Paul Odermatt - COO, Co-Founder
Paul holds an MBA which he attained from the Lucerne School of Business. He got exposed to Blockchain technology in 2012 and has over the years attained an in-depth knowledge of this field. He is the initiator and project manager of CROWDLITOKEN courtesy of the broad expertise he has in the Blockchain space.
Toni Caradonna - CTO
Toni is knowledgeable about Blockchain courtesy of his active involvement in the field from the early times of its conception. He is a famous Blockchain geek who is well connected within the Blockchain Community. He successfully programmed the world’s first smart contract for the UN in New York and developed a Blockchain-solution for the Porini Foundation, which supports the United Nation’s sustainability-related innovations. He possesses a master’s degree in physics. Further on, Toni usually appears among the keynote speakers at global blockchain and various crypto conferences.
Lidia Bolla - Head Distribution
Lidia is an expert in Blockchain-based investments. She participated in the establishment of Vision and Switzerland’s first asset manager for blockchain investments. She worked for a consulting boutique for quantitative financial affairs as a managing partner and also worked for major financial institutions in Zurich, London, and Hong Kong. Lidia finalized her university studies from the University of St. Gallen with a Ph.D. in asset management. Before earning a degree in business studies and gaining extensive experience in management, Roger launched his career as a qualified banker. He is in charge of planning and implementing real estate projects and coordinates transactions in excess of CHF 100 million. He has a strong international network courtesy of his working as a board member of several different companies in the financial and real estate sector. Roger is currently a businessman, the owner, and delegate of azemos holding ag. He is also a co-founder of CROWDLI AG.
Felix Helling - Real Estate Director, Member of the Real Estate Committee, Co-Founder
He is a specialist in the housing and real estate industry courtesy of the qualification he possesses as an industrial engineer. He graduated from the University of Lucerne in 2014 with a master’s degree in real estate management. Over the past few years, he has been developing real estate portfolios for private individuals and is also involved in project developments. He laid the foundation for CROWDLITOKEN after having created and initiated the establishment of the www.crowdli.ch crowdfunding platform.
Delia Burkard - Real Estate Specialist
Delia finalized a certified apprenticeship in banking before switching to the real estate industry. She is currently finalizing with her degree in economics from the Zurich University of Applied Sciences also working as a junior real estate specialist at CROWDLI AG and CROWDLITOKEN AG. Delia has an excellent entrepreneurial mindset courtesy of her swiftly growing wealth of professional experience.
Martin Zinser - Communication
Martin has a high degree of expertise in media and communications. He has spent most of his career time specializing in this field. He initially started off as a journalist at a regional newspaper that is before being hired by Swiss television. He spent the next 23 years in the field of sport where he was responsible for Sport Magazine and later for Sport Live broadcasts. Martin is knowledgeable about the media dynamics, including the methods and mentalities prevalent in the industry. He is now working at CROWDLITOKEN in the field of Communication, where he has the opportunity to exercise his expertise.
