I have participated in several ICO Campaigns and the main challenge I have seen affecting start-ups in this market is the lack of a effective crowdfunding campaign.
Crowdfunding is time consuming and requires research, preparation and implementation of the crowdfunding processes with minimum errors. I have seen start-ups start crowdfunding campaigns without expecting flooding of question, investors, partners and participants. This makes the crowdfunding campaign overwhelming for the start-up and might lead to problems such as lack of manpower to processes transactions, lack of transparency as the founders try to process transactions in the best way they can and not expose their problems and many more.
Recently we have seen a growth of crowdfunding platforms to fill the gap and empower start-ups by providing them tools that they need towards conducting their crowdfunding campaigns.
