Once you click the email link from bittrex just keep refreshing your cryptopay page it will show up and just incase for the next time I will send a a quick walkthrough that I use when I get stuck... Its annoying how hard it is..

hit the + sign
copy memo
back to Steemit
"transfer"
to: Bittrex
type amount in submit
Back to bittrex and wait for it to show up
Go to Bmarkets
put steem in search box
click on steem and scroll down
click "max"
go to "price" and select "bid"
(if it is only partially filled and you don't want to wait, cancel and do it again)
then sell steem
goback to wallets
search bitcoin
click the minus
enter crpto passkey
confirm
