Antshares has re-branded as NEO, but Neoscoin has been developing for -3- years and they are completely different projects. I was listening to some reports of big fee's buying and moving Antshares (a different story, just attempting to figure out who's who).
It is still listed as Antshares on CryptoCurrency Market Cap in the 13th position ( $9.18 )and has had some big moves lately as the "Chinese Ethereum".

I found this tweet from @Neos : "So @antshares you're rebranding to NEO because it means NEW, this is why Neos came to be 3 years ago. Do you do any research at all?
The Neoscoin website is very nice, they are out of Norway, but you need to check their socials/slack to get into what the project is about.

I wanted to hit the highlights but here's how it has been described:

What's not covered is if they are (ANS) now for antcoins, they will need to call them neocoin and not Neoscoin, so should get exponentially weirder!
