USA Drafting Legislation To Regulate Cryptocurrencies?! / Fortune Features Blockchain / Lunyr EEA

What are they trying to regulate? Hope the legislation adds to the existing positive morale and does not bring in an 'ask the big-brother before your breathe' system.

As decentralization is the core mantra of crypto, and since the currenty value is not geographically bound, it will be interesting to see the intent of the rules that are brought in.

@crypto great post with some really interesting links. I think that governments need to make up their minds about whether they treat crypto as property (as the US tax code currently does), or fiat/securities. One will signal to the world that the change is embraced, the other will be protectionist and limit the prosperity of citizens. Good luck to all in the crypto frontier!
