Exorbitant fees with shapeshift

I don't know about you, but I think $8 is an exorbitant fee to exchange Ethereum for bitcoin. I also tried Ethereum for Dash and found a $0.70 charge. Screenshot_20170518-091824.png

To be completely transparent this was while using the Coinomi wallet.
