@crypt0 I think it's worth mentioning that Golem has been slipping on their deliverables (Brass Golem was supposed to be released by Q2). I used to hold a lot of GNT because the goal was to eventually get into GPU sharing, but since then, Google Cloud has offered economic ways to get scalable GPU power on the cloud. To your own mentioned use case where you are already monetizing your GPU and storage but not your CPU... the reason behind this scenario is because there are very few use cases where it is actually advantageous to scale CPU power over a high-latency network rather than just simply purchasing more CPU power or using cloud computing. Your examples of a "really intense animation piece" or "rendering photographs" or "for science" don't meet these requirements. For this reason I think Golem has just missed the boat, and I've moved on. My 2 cents as a tech professional.
