I think your info about the White Hackers Group you gave is not completely correct my friend. Now it sounds like the WHG stole the money back from the thieves.
But what the WHG did is save money from multi-signature accounts that were vulnerable for any attacks via the loophole, BEFORE the attackers could steal the (rest of the) money. They simply depleted the accounts using the same loophole as the thieves did. So the WHG stole the money before the actual criminals could steal the money.
What WHG did now: they gave back 95% of the money that they saved from the vulnerable wallets to the rightful owners.
Still 153,000 ether ($32m) from Edgeless Casino, Aeternity, and Swarm City are in the hands of the hackers.
