One thing I should add: for new members or anybody topping up tokens, it is worth looking at the market prices, as people selling will have much lower prices than our official buy price :-) This does happen on both steem and hive tokens - indeed, while waiting for us to transfer more money into the market, one can pick up bargain prices.
