Sin City Liquidity Pool Staking guide!

Sin City opens the ‘San Andreas’ and ‘Vice City’ staking pools, and here’s your guide below!

Important details

You have two options, you are welcome to Liquidty Pool Stake (known as farming) in either or both Pools.

San Andreas Staking Site: https://www.sanandreas.sin-city.io/ and

Vice City Staking Site: https://www.vicecity.sin-city.io/

San Andreas Reward pool: 165,000 SIN; APY:150%; Period: 20 days

Vice City Reward pool: 555,000 SIN; APY: 200%; Period: 50 days

Minimum / Maximum Stake: No limits!

Land whitelist opportunity: You need to stake SIN- BUSD LP which was created with 5,000 SIN to be guaranteed One single plot in the early access land sale, up to a maximum of Ten plots for 50,000 SIN (SIN-LP token) staked per wallet address.

E.g. For example if the price of SIN was 50c, you would need to create a liquidity pool token for 5,000 SIN + 2,500 BUSD (5,000 x 50c= $2,500).

Maximum Cap: 2,000,000 SIN for each pool.

*NOTE. Rewards are based on TIME. The sooner you stake, the more rewards you will accrue. In addition, it’s also based on the proportion of the pool as well.

Staking Process

Firstly, the staking process works only with Metamask Browser (both Mobile & Web Browser).

• The support team can only offer support for Metamask queries. On an Android phone, you may be able to connect your Trust wallet to the staking dApp. However, the team cannot support with any queries on here. They recommend only to use Metamask wallet to Stake.

• You MUST have a small amount of BNB for gas, to ensure transactions can be committed to the blockchain.

Step 1: Obtain the Liquidity pool token from PancakeSwap

With your metamask broswer. Logon to https://www.pancakeswap.finance/liquidity and find the liqudity tab.

Add BUSD + SIN as the liquidity pair you would like to create.

Note, the SIN token contract address to add to PCS is as follows: 0x6397de0f9aedc0f7a8fa8b438dde883b9c201010

Step 2: Enter the amount of SIN (note, for land whitelist you must create a pair with a minimum of 5,000 SIN), and the BUSD amount will auto populate.

• You will then need to select the ‘enable’ and then ‘supply’ Button. This will then go to the blockchain where you will need to approve and confirm each transaction.

Step 3: You will now have the liquidity pool token in your wallet. This should automatically be visible. However, if not please custom add the LP token address to your wallet: 0x42424a274592415bc3a98c8ccde3830d3d336f8a

The CAKE-LP token represents the token you will stake.

Step 4: Now go to either the https://www.sanandreas.sin-city.io/ or https://www.vicecity.sin-city.io/ website address, to stake your SIN- BUSD token (shown as CAKE-LP above).

Connect your wallet (must be connected to Metamask with the address that has your SIN-BUSD LP token).

Then simple add the amount, and click ‘STAKE’.

Note. Use ROUNDED numebrs to stake, this result in a significantly reduced gas fee.

Step 5: You will then need to click Approve and Confirm in your metamask wallet.

Voila, you will now have successfully staked! After 20 or 50 days (depending on the pool you choose) you will be able to unstake your LP token, and receive your SIN token rewards!

Investor Disclosure. Liquidity Pool staking comes with impairment risk. Depending on the volatility of the SIN token, the value of BUSD of your LP token may reduce on exiting the pool. Liquidity pool providers also receive a small share of trading returns on Pancake swap, depending on the value and proporiton of the liquidity pool they own.
