One short explanation on how all international capitalist markets work.
Story about monkeys and stocks will perfectly describe it
One gentleman came to a small African village. He was dressed in a fancy clothes, and he stayed in the only hotel in the village. Next day after his arrival he posted an advert on entire page of a local newspaper that he wants to buy monkeys and he is willing to pay for each caught monkey $ 10.
Local peasants who knew that a forest is full of monkeys rushed to catch as many as possible and the man paid all of them them properly exactly as he announced.
When a few monkeys remained, and when it became difficult to catch them, peasants ceased to bring them to the man.
But then he gave a better offer they could not refuse, he promised $ 20 for each monkey and the peasants ran again to catch them. Again, they ran out of monkeys and the gentleman raised the price to $ 25.
After a long search hunters manage to catch the few remaining ones, but that was the end of it, no more monkeys.
Now unexpectedly gentleman has promised $ 50, but as we said there was no more monkeys.
He left, but after a while his partner came back, went to the peasants and said,
"Look at these cages, they are full of monkeys my boss bought from you for his collection. He is on a business trip now, he will be back soon.
I suggest you to buy them for $ 35 now and when the boss returns he will buy it back from you for $ 50, which was the last offered price. "
Peasants picked up all what they have saved their whole life and they bought thousands of monkeys, waiting for the gentleman to return.
From that day nobody has ever seen gentleman's partner or gentleman again....and yes all the monkeys remained in the village.
Do you have now a clearer vision of how crypto markets or any other financial markets work?
