My vote goes for Ethereum, Eos and Iota to be the platforms of relevance in the near future. of course they all still need to deliver on their promises.
there might be some niche players remaining after major market cleanup...

    I agree with you! EOS I haven't researched very much, but IOTA and ETH seem to be pretty solid.
