Investor vs Crypto start-ups challenging game

in crypto •  7 years ago

The world of cryptocurrency is evolving. But, eventually this is in the positive exponential growing scale of rising new companies. Reason for this is that we have significant number of programmers and of course increased number of investors that are interested in the crypto world.

So, what is the main reason for investors to get attracted by the crypto world? Mostly, reason is that they are able to believe that something will be done and will be returns from that action. And where you can invest, but in the area which is promising, as all statistics of growth show.

That is how goes to interaction between investors and start-up companies. First one want to invest, second ones want to have something to work on. And they create that promising bond. Then comes to the meetings on start-up conference, when start-up companies show their idea to the investors and investors will listen. They give them few questions, and finally they give them last one which is most important:

-And what about changing your ideas in something product able, like ICO?

After surviving that shock start-ups will think and see that they give them option, even it is narrow passage to go through, and start to question their self's:

  • Did we know something about ICOs?

Usually, answer is no, but there is always preparation to learn something new. And they accept the challenge. Now we have one side that need money, but don't know what to do, and on the other side we have investors that have money, but expect returns and profit.

In the middle of that path programmers will try to explain something that they even don't understand, but investors will keep their pride and will act like they understand. When the product is created and anything is done, there are two different directions. Start-ups are trying to get more money from investors and give them even more not-understandable ideas to the investors, guided from basic idea that they are programmers and must do something. Usually programmers are people that want to make all the time something new and not that happy if you told them to maintain their application, because they think this afford is not related with attracting granted money. And then goes to the decision that investors can't grant more money, so the future of that project becomes fragile and with possible failure to happen.

Then we get to the point how companies that started crypto wallets, or new cryptocurrency coins (from ICO programme), or crypto coin online markets are gone or forgotten. But, most of all this hurts crypto community, because it violates someone's idea to dream success and brings instability to the users that use that software platforms or want to invest in new coins.
