ICOhub voting starts today!
It’s no secret that the blockchain crowdsale scene is booming. Here at Waves, we want to promote and resource the very best ideas, bringing the strongest businesses to the platform and helping them to succeed.
Community voting on the ICOhub incubator begins today. After voting, we will announce up to three winning businesses from the contest, which we will resource with all the legal, technical and marketing assistance they need, and help them conduct their pre-ICO campaign on the Waves platform with an initial target of up to $100,000.
The list of entrants contains 135 propositions, from crypto exchanges to real-world projects in every sector of the economy. There are some hugely exciting ideas, and we look forward to being able to help make some of the them a reality. Of course, one of the purposes of this exercise is to bring all of these ideas to a wider audience, and we know that many of them will go on to succeed independently.
Voting will take place in the Waves Slack, via a Slack poll. (Registration has temporarily been disabled to prevent unscrupulous businesses using multiple accounts or bots to manipulate the vote.)
A bot will be used for the purpose. Join #contest_voting, and click on the pinned poll. Enter your response in the form: [Participant’s number or project name] [Comment]. The comment is optional.

Individual responses will not be made public. The Waves team will aggregate the results and announce the winners after voting ends on 17 June. Please keep #contest_voting clear for this purpose alone — any questions can be asked in #startups.
