In this example I will be using Binance exchange service. This example should work across all exchanges. If your like me and think it's possible your exchange will not support airdrop then send to your ZCL wallet or if you're in fear of missing snapshot with your own private key then continue reading.

The Mac version only works on the latest version of Mac OS (High Sierra and Sierra) and will not work on older versions. The program is 64 bit and will not work on 32 bit OS.

Steps are as follows:

  1. Download ZCL wallet from a trusted source. Always remember to check URL.
  2. Open wallet on your Mac and allow to sync to 100%. (May require closing an reopening app)
  3. Create a new address - either private or transparent (doesn't matter at this point).
  4. Put that new private address into the Binance ZCL Withdrawal form.
  5. Enter minimum of .0002 btc plus Binance fee to Test Wallet is working.
  6. Press send.
  7. Open ZCL block explorer to confirm transaction went through (10 - 25 minutes).

If your expecting BTCP then leave coin in wallet until after the snapshot.

Troubleshooting:

  • If ZCL block explorer is not syncing quit and reopen application.
  • If funds have not arrived in a timely manner check your email for Binance withdrawal confirmation.
  • Need to track you transaction use http://zclassicexplorer.com and enter your public key address only.
