Tried this site. Not the best site I have found when it comes to register. It will not allow my email and not possible to login anywhere to keep track of coins. Any suggestions?

Its not the best site i have used, but it seems to work for me, had no trouble with my email address.

if your email is not working on this site, how 'bout you go to gmail.com and make a new email, an email you can use on airdrops/token sites and bullshit sites.
