if you're involved in NEO (formerly anthsares), you should know it's tapping a resistance level it's tapped about 8 times now today

and it's poised for breakout. if it clears this resistance that it's at , at this current moment, ($19.30ish USD), it'll head back to the $21 spot, and if not higher.
