Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

    You are welcome..and pls @gillyknows go to trending page and hot page and see how the bloggers add some words on their posts, try do the same to make it more interesting. And the more you have followers, the more pople will see your posts.
    You can get many followers by commenting (good coments) on other people posts. Good luck
