I would choose ETC over ETH. ETC has been holding strong while ETH has been in free fall. I wouldn't invest in ETH until they have a solution for the congestions issues with ICOs.

    You're right, but you could remember the rate of ETH as of last 2 months, it was actually $50 per coin.
