It wasn't until the last year that I started getting Serious about Crypto and since then I have been investing heavily.

Fast forward to March 19th...

Vechain X-node quantity was met that day. 6049 is what I had and what I moved out of my binance to my new MEW wallet. I had all the addon protectors, cryptonite, metamask and the transfer went as planned. my metamask alerted that a phishing attempt was made. I didnt load page, I restarted my windows and left my mew.

an hour later I accessed my mew from my phone over cellular data whiich is where I think the problems lies? anyways i was robbed 20 minutes before the vechain snapshot and my trezor arrived in the mail the following morning.

my advice....hard wallet any and all your currency and do not move money via web without a ledger or wallet.

I know many are probably reading this saying obvious idiot, but for the others that play the risky odds like I have dont let something avoidable and a small investment like a trezor make you liable like a loss I have to swallow. 90% of portfolio gone in a click. ouch. please be gentle with comments.

This pic. is me sending to myetherwallet from binance. the out transfer was not me.

now I watch as my hard earned money which qualified for x-node accumulates growth.

ordered the trezor a day too late.

I tweeted vechain if anything in these instances can be done...no response. its going to be a long and hard ride back up to where I was I havent fully accepted this reality....

so I say again, if your keeping your money on a trading platform, or just online... invest in your investment and buy a hard wallet.
