In order to eliminate the services of a middleman, smart contracts are going to be deployed that are going to act as an escrow medium with pre-defined conditions and rules to facilitate a smooth transaction between the client and freelancer. In addition to this, Conflict resolution on LibertyLance is carried out using smart contracts that ensures neither party get any payment problems or undeserved reviews. If either party is unsatisfied, an independent panel of token holders will deliver a verdict on the matter while being rewarded for their participation.

STRUCTURES MADE TOWARDS THE ACHIEVEMENT OF THEIR VISION.
Freelancers can make instant withdrawals so far as the client is content with the work carried out. This is also not so on other platforms.
Clients can process for a refund in case the freelancer fails to produce the work within a specified time.
A gig can be cancelled be within four(4) hours, after which the money paid b client will be disbursed back to him/her together with the transaction fee.
The liberty lance uses block chain technology on it platform. This will ensure that third parties are not allowed.
Transaction fee charged on the platform is very low, that is 2% of the gig selected as compared with other market platforms

LIBERTYLANCE TOKEN
This will be used to carry out all forms of transaction on the market. Also all forms dispute that might arise during transaction will be settle through voting. A minimum of $200 equivalent to our token will be required from members in order to participate in decision making. The token will be used to access the market meaning before you will be able to do some business transaction on the platform you will have to have their crypto currency coin which is the LTN coin. Since there is no control over other coins supply, we are unable to match liquidity with transaction demand. The supply of LTN tokens is strictly associated with the service mechanism, revenue for members, and the service prices for users. The token is necessary for interactions between all participants of the Service. LTN tokens are necessary for people who invest in the Libertylance service because they support this specific project and participate in its value over time, thereby providing an appropriate return on investment for that support.
If Libertylance is founded via other coins or tokens, the investors would be tied to the performance of those cryptocurrencies.
