The second quarter of 2024 has been a wild ride but it has been nothing short of exhilarating for the HyperVerse team because so much progress has been made in the past 3 months and if things continue in this trajectory, we would be rounding up the program in no time. we never anticipated that the program would be open past 2023 and this was evidenced by the fact that we initially ended the program in 2023 but due to pleas from members who were yet to complete the program and access their refunds, we continued the program because it is evident that good things take time and there are just those who has not been following up on the activities of the platform and has simply not been aware of the refund program despite the program being open for over a year now, at this point in the refund program, we noticed that we have been almost exclusively providing the refund service for these kinds of members and it wouldn’t be prudent to deny a substantial number of members access to the program by ending it prematurely.
Like we mentioned in our Q1 2024 Update, a lot of changes had to be made to accommodate the deadline extension and this includes but not limited to a cut in our workforce in a bid to reduce our overhead and these changes would directly translate to longer support response time, we understand the inconvenience this might cause but it had to be implemented for the greater good and to ensure that funds are not wasted on overhead costs instead of getting to investors who needs to be reimbursed , sacrifices had to be made.

Navigate to the verification page (you can find this in the menu in the user area), you can also paste This Link into your browser for direct access to the verification page. Kindly fill all the boxes including adding your preferred withdrawal wallet and submit,your KYC request would be reviewed on or before 48 hours. (Kindly note that your withdrawal wallet cannot be edited manually once your KYC request is approved).
If your verification request is approved, you would get an automated email asking you to make a security deposit of 30% of your total refund amount (The only money eligible for a refund is your external deposits into the platform, profits or bonuses are not eligible for a refund).
Withdrawal: It takes about 24 hours for the automated system to re-activate your account and credit the 30% deposit you made, but once these has been done, you can proceed to the withdrawal area to place a withdrawal request, this would take a maximum of 45 mins to be disbursed.
Kindly note that the 30% deposit is for verification purposes and is not a fee, which means that the 30% would be added to your available balance and would be withdrawable along with your original refund amount.
The Progress In Q2 2024
By the end of Q2 2024, we have successfully disbursed 25,102 refund claims and this figure represents about 99% of registered members who has completed the required 30% deposit, at the time of publication, only 1% of members who has completed the 30% deposits has not been refunded and the majority of this people are those whose deposits as still being processed and their verification has not been fully cleared as this process normally takes 24 hours.
We are proud to announce that we recently hit the $345,000,000 milestone for total amount disbursed since the refund program was commenced. This number is steadily climbing and we estimate that it might hit the $500,000,000 mark before the end of the refund program scheduled for Q4 2024.
The Single largest refund amount disbursed to a claimant is now $1,230,000.
