The Haasbot is another of the top crypto bot traders - currently 0.06BTC for 3 month beginner License. Not cheap but the best user interface and features I have seen yet.

Good question! From what I can find so far it does not have that function sadly. But I did read the founder is working on an Arbitrage bot right now, not sure how far this is from completion.
