This is my first post and I will keep it Nice & Simple and to the point. I have traded on plenty of exchanges; big or small, but haven't come across a Pathetic exchange like Poloniex.
Compared to the amount of revenue they collect based on the volume, the service is merely comparable to or worse than a startup exchange. There is always some issue or the other. Most of the times, coins are withheld from withdrawing or if you are lucky enough to withdraw them, they will sit in 'Pending' for as long as few days, really!
what can we do about it? well I guess not much other than to withdraw the trading volume and perhaps that will be a wake-up call for them. Raising a support ticket is frustratingly useless in its own right!

I had similar story with hitbtc, but read a lot of another exchanges and generally everywhere is same shit!

I agree and hence a growing need for a decentralized exchange where we control the Private keys and don't have to worry about what exchange does.
