Evan is wanting the volume and transaction of DASH to be used as a currency. I am sure of why he is pushing for this.

    But 400 MB. Doesn't sound many people could handle it...

    Yeah, I agree... I think 400mb is insane. But, on the flip side it would leave soo much room to grow into.

      This is why we also work on SPV Wallet and Decentralized-API, so most of the users won't even know or care about blocksize as they won't be affected by that.
