I like manna too and think I’m signed up with kryptonia. Thanks for sharing!

Living in a third world country I strongly believe in projects to help others, not always think about ourselves @metzli.

When you have some time take a look at the video about DFC another project being built on a PIF.

Kryptonia is a brilliant place to share content, write blogs, learn more about mining and faucets, very broad range of technology available.

Never invest more than you can afford firstly, secondly always approach with caution, see who is in the chat groups, how the main site owners are treating people with updates, response to questions.

Absolutely right Joan. You give some excellent insights in this post. I learned the hard way during the ICO craze and if I'm honest I must have thrown over $1000 profit into bad 'sh#t coin' projects.

The lesson was dearly learned but at least I'm set now for some more mature/informed moves when the market takes off again.

:-)

Many with slick smooth tongues ready to take money from you @raj808 very much a case of "once bitten, twice shy".

I tried a more traditional method relying on BTC traders who were in the business of growing BTC you may have heard about USI-Tech, "looks good on top, lots of shit underneath!". After promises realizing they were in trouble started doing some crazy things, have now ditched their site taken many peoples BTC and run. Scam or Scum, we learn and move on more alert, does not mean it can not happen again.

The ideas are endless in cryptoland, aren't then @joanstewart? It's crazy hard to keep up without the help of people like you pulling new ideas together to explore. Thank you for sharing these platforms with us.

Too many new crypto's to keep up with, always good to rely on each other and share what we find out, heck we might still be wrong. If you never try, you never know @lizablove it is still very new, appreciate your visit.

Over the past couple of years crypto currency became a bit like the "Wild West" where many try to sell you on something new and shiny, try to avoid these!

This describes the majority of projects. I've found most of them really aren't worth what their claims suggest they are. You have to approach with a critical mind.

When you start reading white-papers you realize many crib from other platforms keeping you on your toes.

Sadly many people get swept away in the FOMO on projects and don't take time to read the fine print.

Projects putting new crypto into the system with no actual offering, nor reason to even base a token or coin on.

That's true. And some of them have been caught at it.

Very cool post Joan! I am on mannabase but never really knew how it worked. I just signed up a long time ago and never looked at it.

Absolutely right in promoting caution in the crypto ventures. It's very easy to fall in to the shiny object trap (I'm guilty too) but nothing ventured, nothing gained as you said! I invested an amount I was willing to lose and it practically disintegrated in front of my eyes last year.

Still buoyant though 🙂

Great post

Totally relate to how people feel, you go in good faith after reading, researching and being convinced that it is all above water, life's lessons!

Manna I signed up with it in mind to donate to a charity, which is what they initially designed to do.

Steemit and Kryptonia is the right symbiotic connection. I almost don't use other social media but Steemit, but in my opinion there is bright future for Kryptonia if it becomes more known as promotion tool among people.

Agree with you @hairyfairy using the right platforms can make a big difference considering we live all over the world, sending content out to different locations.

Anyone who think crypto is a fad already believed they missed the boat, when in reality the boat hasn't left yet...they will miss it again

A nice way to word it, last year only started stoking the fires, possibly this year slowly move out of safe harbour. This is only the start, we are still scratching the surface on what possibly may be obtainable with this technology.

wow beautiful post @joanstewart

Thanks for visiting @tussar11

Get job explaining these three platforms. I really need to investigate them a little further.

Always good to find places that are inexpensive, somewhere safe to learn, places you will find assistance Roger. Once you learn the ideology it becomes easier to navigate without losing an arm and a leg.

Thanks Joan!

These are awesome super duper information that many will need to know. Thank you for sharing. ❤️

It helps people who don't have fat bank accounts, or banking ratio that is ridiculously expensive when converting @iamjadeline

Thanks for sharing good ideas. UPVOTED and RESTEEMED to spread the good news. Have a nice day.

Thanks for your support @iamwhatiamnot sharing knowledge about platforms with each other is what I enjoy, hopefully people around the world will benefit from Satoshi's dream.

I only invest time in crypto and I do not expect anything will come form what I earn. I think with gold and silver backing a crypto will make it, but must all crypto I know off are just an other form of fiat money issued by all the countries of the world and they all seem to go to zero at some time.

Both Manna and DFC are trying to spread crypto to the needy folk in the world.

Kryptonia offers many great features where there is no need to spend huge amounts of fiat to get going into crypto.

Money is an evil necessity...

I have subscribed to Manna UBI already. The other two is new to me. I'll check it out. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for taking interest, hopefully we all help in assisting one another @bala41288

Definitely a great collection of information to help us build our crypto knowledge. I didn’t know about a purple of those.

Thanks!

Thanks for the update. Truly, there are a lot of scammers out there on crypto investment. Your advice worth taken into comsideration.

There are too many scammers out and about @blogjeremiah that is why I go for safe, or as safe as I possibly am able.

I believe in quality projects and believe in regular investment throughout the year. Some may call it as SIP( Systematic investment plan) but I call it as SID(Systematic Investment in DIP) I was trying that for the past 15 months. Lets see how it works in future.

Personally I think people must learn rather than earn at the moment, too many are falling short in projects going adrift. Small investments are a good idea, keep a watchful eye on them @kcherukuri

Interesting... I've started to take a different route with passive earnings. I've been looking at token/coin lending protocols instead.

When you share, please shout out a reminder to read, always interested in finding new projects to look into @bengy

This is my first post on it.. A bit light on details as I was just learning.. But I will have a better one up hopefully within the next couple of weeks.

Thanks visited the link yesterday and shared, will have to take another look into this as well.

Been using Kryptonia for years, highly recommend it for extra income!

Finding ways to grow slowly, always safer getting to know the members is fun @hospash0515

This is great information for those unfamiliar with Manna! Well done @joanstewart

Thanks for kind comment @aejackson

I for one cannot afford to waste the pennies that I earn, as every cent will go to @papilloncharity one day when I bail out. Been bitten badly in the past on another site, was more than enough school fees for me.
My motto is; keep it straight and simple, work hard and persevere!
No bots, no greed, no temptations, no offences, only honesty, kindness and persistence.

That's why our charity is now in its 18th year of existence and it will continue to do great work with the poor!
Blessings!

Always keep it as honest and above board, sometimes we look after the pennies and the pounds will look after themselves.

Always back to proverbs, one my mom mentioned regularly.

Working with Manna and DFC their intent is to help others, hope this becomes viable since many charities are in need of assistance around the world.

Agreed and it's a struggle that we have become used to Lady Joan. Yet I, as the sole fundraiser, refuse to send out pleading mails and I just put the facts of what we do out there! Never forgetting to thank those that step up to the plate to help us.

We cannot afford to erect a tele-sales department that costs almost a million rand a year in salaries to raise funds, as we stay small and lean, with great outputs. So be it!

Consider making contact with one or two who say they support charities and ask them to list your charity Stephen, one never knows where the next little bit of help will arrive from.

Local online shopping TakeALot is another place where people purchasing online are able to donate, register in places

I agree in not sending out pleading emails, notify people, it is their decision whether they are able to assist.
