On 9/May, I purchased something on Amazon and then quickly cancelled the order, however, it still shows charged on Wirex

I contacted the support a few days later after seeing the charge still appears as a valid transaction:

I wrote:

9 May 2023, I have placed a Amazon order, however, I cancelled it shortly after, so there is no charge. Usually, with other credit cards, the transaction will disapper, but not for Wirex card, as I can see, it still stays there, so please could you check? Usually, i can see the transaction become red (cancelled or refunded), Thanks. See attached.

And the Wirex said:

According to our system, the mentioned card transaction is on authorization hold.

This means that the funds have not been completely taken from your card yet, just reserved at the time the transaction was initiated.

If the transaction is declined by the merchant, the funds will be credited back to your account no later than within 32 calendar days.

Today (10/June), in 30 days, I see this refunded in the account:
