Wirex wants to talk to me - because I've moved the funds out..

I don't feel safe putting the funds in WirexApp after the incident.

My funds are unlocked after 30 days, and I have moved them out despite that I need to do 9 times of withdraws instead of 1 time (thus, paying 8 additional fees).

I've got an email:

PS: my account has been locked twice in the last 2 weeks, because:

Alerts from cybersecurity analytics caused the lock, this is a security measure of our system.

WirexApp used to be very good, but now, their service quality starts to decline - with lots of restrictions for example, the threshold to exchange WXT has been increased to more than 300 USD. It is just not worth it anymore.
